If you ever experience an issue that appears to be a manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship, simply reach out to us first. We will help guide the process and assist you in getting it handled through Overland Vehicle Systems.

What is covered:
• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

What is not covered:
• Misuse, abuse, modifications, commercial use, or improper installation
• Labor, installation, removal, return shipping, or consequential costs which is standard for roof top tents in the industry

If a warranty claim is approved, the defective tent or component will be replaced at no charge to the original purchaser.
