1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States and, in some cases, internationally—depending on the product and supplier availability.
If you’re placing an international order, please keep in mind:

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

International delivery can take longer and may vary by country due to customs or carrier delays.

Tracking will be provided whenever it’s available.
2. Order Processing
Most orders ship out within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If there’s any delay due to supplier stock or fulfillment, we’ll keep you informed.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers like UPS for most packages. For large or heavy items—such as rooftop tents and kayaks—we use LTL freight services, which include residential delivery and liftgate service to help make unloading easier.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Some items or promotions may include free shipping, and we’ll clearly label these at checkout.

For freight items, delivery includes residential drop-off and liftgate service when needed.

Please note: Unless your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our end, customers are responsible for shipping costs—including return shipping when applicable.
5. Backorders
While we don’t support backorders directly through our website, feel free to reach out to our customer service team. We’re happy to check supplier availability and help you place a special order when possible.
6. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard orders: Usually arrive within 3–5 business days.

Freight deliveries: Times vary depending on your location and shipment size. We’ll give you an estimated delivery window when possible.

International orders: Timing depends on customs clearance and destination.
7. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or extra fees—we want to help you avoid that!
9. Delivery Inspection (Freight Shipments Only)
For larger items shipped by freight:

Please inspect your delivery right away.

If you notice damage, you can refuse the delivery or make a note of the issue on the driver’s paperwork.

Snap a few photos and contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the situation quickly.
10. Reporting Issues
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged or defective items: Let us know within 48 hours of delivery (please include photos).

Missing or incomplete orders: Please notify us within 2 business days.
Prompt reporting helps us take care of the issue faster.
11. Returns & Refunds
Most of our suppliers follow an all sales final policy, so we’re only able to accept returns if an item is damaged or defective.
If your return is approved:

We'll process your refund within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
Thanks for understanding—we work hard to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition.
12. Limits of Our Responsibility
We’ll always do our best to get your order to you safely and on time. Still, things like extreme weather or carrier delays are sometimes beyond our control. In those rare cases, our responsibility is limited to the cost of the affected item(s).
13. Unexpected Delays
Events like strikes, natural disasters, or customs issues may impact delivery times. We’ll keep you updated whenever possible and do everything we can to minimize delays.
14. Governing Law
We’re based in New York, and our store is operated by Shiplynx LLC, so this Shipping Policy follows the laws of the State of New York.
If any legal matters ever come up (we hope they never do!), they’ll be handled through the courts in Albany, NY.
15. Policy Updates
We may occasionally update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in our operations or supplier terms. Any updates take effect immediately once posted to our website.
