Shipping Policy

Check your order: Confirm the correct product and size before submitting to avoid extra shipping charges.
Delivery locations: Ships to the lower 48 states. For other locations, contact us to discuss options and fees.
Delivery times: Orders are typically fulfilled within 3 business days. Estimates start from the ship date, not the order date. Multiple shipments may occur.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout. Additional fees may apply for remote areas or very large/heavy items.
Delivery instructions & damage: Be present at delivery if required. Inspect packages and note any damage. Contact us immediately for assistance or to reject damaged items.

Return & Refund Policy

Cancelled orders: Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 3.8% processing fee.
Return window: Returns are accepted within 10 business days of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Bedding/gear must remain unopened.
Fees: Customer covers return shipping. A 20% restocking fee applies. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Process: Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending items back. Packages without an RMA cannot be accepted.
Non-returnable items: Sale, clearance, special/custom orders, promotional items, used or damaged goods.

Warranty Policy

FreeSpirit Recreation products are backed by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Coverage begins on the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.

What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects only (case-by-case review).
Solutions may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fabric tears, cosmetic changes).
Damage from misuse, mishandling, or overloading.
Clearance, open-box, or commercial-use items.
Any non-store products used with our gear.
Aircore mattresses (see disclaimer below).

Shipping:
Warranty coverage applies to the product itself; customers are responsible for shipping costs.

After 2 Years:
Replacement parts may be available for purchase.

Aircore Mattress Disclaimer:
Aircore mattresses are excluded from warranty coverage due to factors outside our control, including punctures, misuse, overinflation, environmental conditions, or valve damage.
