Refund & Return Policy

Return window: 15 days from delivery.
Item condition: Must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Return approval required: Email support@castandcedar.com with your order number to receive a Return Product Authorization (RPA).
Who pays shipping?
- We cover costs if the item is defective or shipped in error.
- Customer pays return shipping + 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Cancellations: 5% fee if canceled before shipping. After shipping, treated as a return.
Refunds: Issued once items are inspected and confirmed in new/unused condition.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping:
- Free to the US lower 48 states.
- Orders placed before 5 PM are processed the same day; otherwise, next business day.
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Expedited Shipping:
- Express Saver (3-Day) and 2-Day options available at checkout for an extra cost.
- Same-day processing if ordered before 5 PM; otherwise next business day.
- Not available for Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders:
- Shipping available to most countries (some products restricted).
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Email support@castandcedar.com for international shipping options and costs.
Exceptions & Notes:
- Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or international orders.
- No weekend delivery for any shipping method.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate — you’ll receive an order confirmation email to verify.
- Orders are insured by the shipping carrier; we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Warranty

We’ve got you covered: If your product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost (for US lower 48 addresses).
How to claim: Keep your sales receipt and email us a copy to start a repair or replacement. You’ll handle return shipping.
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor punctures, or fading).
- Damage from improper use, bad maintenance, or ignoring setup instructions.
- Damage caused intentionally, by others, or from extreme weather (ice, hail, wind, lightning, etc.).
- Leaving your tent up year-round, unattended, or storing it wet.

Pro tip: Follow setup and storage instructions to keep your gear in top shape — e.g., dry before storing and avoid leaving it under trees for long periods.

Note: Your tent is made with top-quality materials and superior construction. It’s not designed to be a permanent shelter, left up year-round, or left unattended — doing so will be considered negligent use and isn’t covered under the warranty.
